I RARELY write a review about a place but this experience was so AWFUL that this is necessary…read more First off when I walk in it smells of cigarettes and as I approach the counter I had to wait for about 15mins inhaling this cigarette before I saw anyone. They quote me and don't even help me design, it was their way or the highway, I obliged and after it was all said and done they wanted to charge me $1000 MORE than originally quoted!!! Absolutely insane. This is next level extortion!! When I said something about it they said to me "quit being a little Jewish gem goblin and pay us our fucking money you waste of space" LIKE EXCUSE ME!? Never give this place a DIME!
