I ordered food at 11, it arrived almost two hours later. The onion bhaji was literally inedible and had fallen apart in the bag. It was just cold soggy onions coated in chickpea flour. The biryani was okay, not more, not less. Everything was decidedly mediocre. The delivery boy had a serious attitude problem. He obviously stopped somewhere on the way, allowing our food to get cold, and came into mybuilding with an enormous amount of attitude, really set the tone for the whole meal.
I placed a review and got called the next day offering to refund half of the cost, and begging me to take the review down. I wanted the money back as the food and service was so despicable, but I don't think that it is very honest to vet your reviews like that, hence my posting here. I ordered the food based on the good reviews, which I now know are vetted. Disgusting. I considered ordering the minimum amount on thuisbezorgd to allow me to write an anonymous review (so they wouldn't be able to call me and guilt me again), but the food and especially the service was so revolting that I couldn't bring myself to. If you want a good Indian takeaway, try Namaste, Everest Kitchen, or Indian food to go. All 10000000x tastier, and much better service.
Truly the worst experience I've had in all the time I've lived in this city. Impressive. read more
