The Honduran beer, SalvaVida was enjoyable - a light lager-type beer, with a little more flavor than Corona, and a bit less sweet. The meal was very reasonably priced. I met the owner, one of the very few workers that spoke English, and he explained the make up of this tasty condiment - onion, cilantro, green pepper, salt, garlic, avocado, a little bit of olive oil, and vinegar. EXCELLENT atop my arepa! The entire sandwich melded perfectly, sweet, salty and savory in every bite. The owner gentleman did a great job checking in, the service was fast and efficient, and I never felt rushed.
