Total mess. Took over an Estate in Brielle, NJ and needed quick, successful options for a Property that had been left fallow for three years. Did a 'try n buy' 3 weeks ago, Customer Service was lovely (bought a lot, no returns ;) The Fig tree that I bought did not come to life ( I have a Greenhouse and thumb) Got back in the truck, thinking, of course they will give me a store credit'...bwahaha. The poor Clerk, after I had inquired about the restarting of a Farm in Brielle and that I needed help, had to tell me that they would not take a $50.00 Fig tree that, did not even green in 4 weeks, back. The Manager, who I had asked to see, made the Clerk come back out and tell me "no, we offer no guarantees on trees'. What an awful way to conduct a business. These folks lost approximately $ 10,000 in sales b/c they would not credit a freakin' $50.00 Fig. Went to Tractor Supply. Spent a lot of cash. read more
