If you've heard the saying about somebody being a perfectionist, well they are it. They work very hard to make sure the labels we order are exactly what we want. We have over 50 different labels. We require very intricate work sometimes, lots of colors, different shapes, and they always pull through. Big disconnect between lady who answers the phone and owner/technician. I wanted to wrap portion of…read moremy car and sent photos and videos of original wrap done few years ago to receptionist. Receptionist (not owner/technician) was go-between. Not good for small business. I told her my current wrap job was few years old and showed scratches. She told me that they had just gotten in some new vinyl 3M wrap material that sounded good. She said he couldn't assess what wrap was originally used so I would have to drive 40 minutes down to the shop so he could see for himself. When I did she forgot to tell me they had moved ten minutes away so 50 minute drive. When I got there owner [?] comes out and says we cant guarantee this new wrap material is scratch resistant. Ive called many times and no return call. They do not answer the phone either. WORST PLACE IN VA BEACH. Do not believe anyone who says good work comes out of this shop. I recently got a brand new BMW and wanted to get the roof wrapped and chose this location. The biggest mistake I made in a while. John Reeves is the owner of this location and he told me that no white paint would be showing and I would be very happy with the results. I had to bring my car back 2 different days because they worked on it after hours. After my car was finished I saw the horrid job and wanted to give it time to maybe fix itself before I jumped to conclusions. I hear there is a cure time and was hoping that would fix itself. It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. He didn't show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! On the bright side he ended up paying for my new roof wrap and it looks so much better thanks to DC Design and Media! Great people over there! STAY AWAY FROM SPEED PRO VA BEACH!! John had 11 days to appeal the case and still have not heard a thing from him about ANYTHING! If the owner replies to this do not listen. He had plenty of time to fix this issue

In my case, I had them do a vinyl wrap for a purple Decepticons emblem on the hood of my Toyota RAV4. The emblem brightly lights up at night (see picture). The technician Jason spend a number of days working the fine details to get this project right. The result is the most cutting-edge vinlyl wrap Decepticons emblem on the hood of my car (see picture).
