This company does not disappoint. I've tried them all and have yet to have an issue with this one. I truly mean it when I say that their customer service is exceptional. When you call the phone number, you actually get someone in the location. They know their inventory and they know what you need for the job. When I need misc. invoices and quotes. I get a direct response from the sales dept. and the people who work in the store. Again, I cannot be as efficient as I am with out the efficiency of my vendors. 5 STARS TO SHAUN AND MITCH at Ahern Rentals, I called at the very last minute to get a lift for a project in Benecia. Our account needed to be activated, and Shaun, best customer service person ever, said he would get that over to Mitch to get our account activated, which takes longer than 24 hours usually. Well Shaun called Mitch, and less than one hour later, I had my lift ordered and ready to go for TODAY!!!!! Who does that, well Shaun at Ahern Rentals that is who!!!!
