I was previously told that a part could not be taken off and I would need to completely have the copper pipes redone due to not being able to take a bracket off and it would run me close to $700 or more. Walter's came and was able to complete what was previously advised could not be done at a fraction of the cost that was stated. Not to mention... they also do not charge a service fee to come out, where the other company charged $99.00! Awesome company and staff!!

Fellow who answers tells me he's not the one who schedules but he would take my information and the person who does schedule would be back to me "shortly" ....Yeah. Three hours later, still haven't called. Sorry but, even a quick call back to tell me they don't want the job would be the professional thing to do. Called Great Lakes and they were professional. Gave me an appointment. I've used them before and they did good work and the plumber was a nice guy....even cleaned up after himself (something many plumbers don't do). Don't know why I didn't call them first. Next time I will.
