If you are looking for advice do NOT go here!!! The information lady could not have been more rude or unhelpful. Basically was told because my initial account isn't with AIB Cashel that there is very little she could do for me, I have been to AIB branches in loads of towns and there has never been a problem. She just didn't have a clue and kept contradicting what she said. The worst part wasn't even her lack of knowledge, it was the rudeness which has really put me off even wanting to stay as an AIB customer. read more
