I arrived for my 3 o'clock appointment with my two daughters as my husband ended up having to work and I didn't won't to bother the sitter on the weekend at such short notice. When we entered the waiting area we were the only patient with family there. Another lady had just went back as we were walking thru the door. Thank God. Being that I had my two year old and I knew she'd be hard to keep quiet or still. I always take others into consideration when I'm receiving a service or treatment and I have my kids with me. Moving on..... The beautiful young lady at the front desk, greeted me professionally, explained to me about the my forms to fill-out, gave me all my documents and later offered my two year old crayons and a coloring book. That was greatly appreciated. Now on to the best part, I finally met the person that was going to perform the breast exam. Please listen, SHE WAS AMAZING! Her expertise was one thing. On the other hand, her personality, professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness is something I've never seen before. Not all in one person. I work in healthcare and have been for 17 years! And that's why I'm so grateful of my experience with ELFP Imaging Center. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all my questions. Her work area appears to be sterile, clean, sanitized and fully stocked. Her humor and personality is what's needed in such field of work. I remembered telling her, "your resume could have said you received your training at school of ABC 123, it would not have even mattered." "The way you interact with patients is something that could not be taught in school or books. That's a gift you're born with and SHE GOT IT! Kudos to ELFP for hiring such an amazing person. She's definitely a great addition to any team! You could not have hired a better individual for this position. She could check my breast anytime! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. On another note: I had to call regarding my results. It was one day shy of being two weeks and still no results. Anyways, I sent an electronic message via the app and a nurse did reach out to me. Long story short, my results came back NORMAL! It was an overall amazing experience!

Either their system got hacked or my mother information got leak. I don't know. They just straight up hang up the phone. If this is the attitude they treat people. Don't go here. Absolutely disgusting. Whoever called me on 2/17/2025. You're a terrible person and should absolutely be fired. I work with customer service my entire life and never hang up rudely on anyone.

You can never reach an…read moreactual person, they don't respond to text messages (their preferred method of communication), their voicemail system is a jumbled mess that frequently disconnects for no reason, some physicians won't refill critical medications due to their personal "philosophical views" on certain medications (forcing patients to go cold turkey, which can induce a stroke with certain anti-anxiety medications). I never felt so abused by my primary care provider (and I've had some real doozies in my day). Someone is going to suffer a major medical issue due to their lack of care and failure to promptly address patient needs.
