Again I got an email, asking even more questions. Now I was deeply annoyed. I explained that I preferred a phone call, which I had now requested twice. Clearly they don't understand that when a potential client is asking for an accommodation because they are disabled, refusing to accommodate them is ableist. I told them that if picking up the phone was asking too much, I would be happy to contact another firm. Needless to say, they chose not to call me. I feel like I've dodged a bullet- the amount of pushback I received was obnoxious & disrespectful. If this is how they treat potential clients, before they've even met them, then they're definitely not going to be the right person & firm to represent me. Shame on you Stephen's & Holman! Get your act together & DO BETTER. This is not how professionals act.

Two weeks later when I called, I was told "I'm just starting work on everything now...". Finally in July, I received a call to come to the office to pick up the documents that were supposed to be mailed out! The only thing done in any expedient manner was the depositing of the cheque given for services rendered. I'm sure that other staff in this office do great work but if you need anything related to real estate and you are concerned about timelines, I would suggest this firm is not the one you want to deal with.
