TEC Exteriors replaced our gutters and spouting last week. They did a FANTASTIC job! They arrived…read morepromptly and got right to work pulling down the old spouting, then started on the new gutters. The original spouting was not pitched correctly, and they fixed all that with the new. We have a mansard roof around the house, so there were 2 sets of gutters. They installed 6" gutters and larger downspouts to carry the rain volume. We are very happy with the work! Also, they "left no trace" when they were finished. Cleaned up everything. Tim was there in the morning when they got started, and he stopped at the house later that day to make sure everything was good. Another bonus - Tim Cugini is my new best friend. With his work history he knows a lot of good local contractors. We have a 1926 home and it always needs a little something. Good to know I can get reliable contractor referrals from Tim. We have concrete damage due to the old spouting failures, and he's helping me get that work done too. Oh one more thing ... I found TEC Exteriors when they did work on my son's house - roof, gutters, etc. (Jackson township). I saw his work and knew he was "the guy". HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Asked for a quote via Yelp & they reached out very quickly. That part was great. Prior to receiving these other quotes, we called the office to ask about financing or if there was an incentive to pay in cash. The call was never even returned. The estimate was free, so no real loss on our end. Disappointed nonetheless. Edit: Since I cannot respond to the company's response, I will do so here. I have read the Ohio mask mandate, thank you, and your snarky response is unhelpful. It's not about the mask mandate, it's about common courtesy. More specifically, the lack thereof. Furthermore, temperature checks are only helpful if a person is showing symptoms. Asymptomatic spread is a concern, thus the mask my fiancé wore as a courtesy to your employee. Per my fiancé, whom I believe more than a random person, we were not given any options for shingles other than pattern and color. We did request a quote for new gutters not because ours are in bad shape, but because the previous owner had painted them, and we want them replaced. The gutters were not on the quote we received, so that does not explain the drastic difference in price between quotes. Lastly, we received zero return calls from your company, or anyone claiming to represent your company, other than one after we made the original call to ask about financing or incentive to pay cash. That call back was someone telling us that the gentleman who was at our house had not returned back to the office, so financial talks would have to wait. No follow up after that. Take care.

Of the 5 estimates from different companies we were most impressed with Corey. His estimate was also the best. He and his wife run their company out of their home so the overhead isn't as high as with other companies. Corey was very professional and conscience and one of the things that really impressed us was that he had his own crew. Some of the others hired subcontractors which is ok but we just felt more confident with someone with their own crew. Some of Corey's crew were Amish workers who have such a good reputation as being hard workers. Our roof was put on Thursday and we are so happy with the job they did. The roof looks beautiful and they hauled away every piece of debris and then went over the area with a big magnet to make sure there were no loose nails. You couldn't tell anyone had been here except for the new roof. And because it was supposed to rain later Corey picked up 2 more crew members to make sure they finished in one day before the rain came that evening. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark for any roofing needs if any of our friends or family are looking at putting on a new roof.

The most recent project was a complete new roof installed on our house, additional insulation in the attic, new hangers for all gutters on the house, repair of the concrete on the chimney and some other repairs. As has been the case in the past, the work was exceptional. It was performed on-time, within budget and with great care to insure all work was of the highest quality. Great care was also taken to make sure all areas of our house as well as the surrounding shrubbery and grounds were protected during the construction. When the project was completed, all areas were cleaned in a very professional manner. Cash and Gina are absolutely the best professionals we have ever dealt with when it comes to home repairs and remodeling. They are honest, straight forward and truly care that the homeowner is pleased with the work their company has performed. They helped us decide what was the best option for us and completed the job very quickly. They even came out to fix one spot that we didn't like with out hesitation or question. The only thing we thought was odd was when they came to the house to get the payment. We thought we would mail it but she wanted it right then. Not a huge deal for us but we've never done that before. We are very happy with the end product. It is a beautiful stamped concrete patio and sidewalk.

It took his crew TWO MONTHS to install a small home steel roof. During that time we had several leaks and the crew leader shook it off saying "I have insurance" as if to say "not my problem we cannot keep a schedule or install roofing correctly". Called Mike several times to get this corrected and the crew showed up at my house upset because I called their boss! Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave). And lastly, we are still having issues with our porch roof leaking and they never bothered to even email, phone concerning the issue. My advice from our experience is to steer clear of this contractor at all costs!
