On 6 Dec at 6:45 received a phone call from Orkin in Lawton about a $45.00 bill which we DID NOT…read moreowe because we cancelled the mosquito spray for Oct before it was due but the came out anyway. we were traveling back from an appointment in OKC and saw the tech on the doorbell camera and I called while traveling back to explain what i saw. I was told that we would not have to pay for that service. This was explained to the tech (Eddie) then the manager (Adam) called at 6:50 called stating that there is nothing on file prior to the service date of cancellation. My husband told him he would pay the $45.00 but to cancel his whole contract for all service. On 8 Dec someone shows up at the house to spray but we had the tech to leave be we canceled the contract. I give 1 star for NO communication within the home office.
