It did not work for me. I had 19 treatment visits using the "old" machine and 14 visits using the…read more"new, more powerful" machine without getting any significant improvements. It was not "Effective at any age with long lasting results". They say that I was in the minority of patients not getting any positive benefits from the treatment. They suggested that the cause of my ED could be with my nerves in the area or psychological. But who knows? I am 70 years old with 7+ years of ED. Every individual case is different, but you should be willing to lose $5000+ because your results may not meet their claims or your expectations. Because they sell you the case and collect all the money up front before starting treatment, there was very little motivation to provide any ongoing oversight of how my results were coming along. I tried to be proactive in setting up appointments to meet with the manager Saul, but he was always too busy at other sites trying to sign up new patients. I don't think there is much communication between the manager and the technicians regarding the patient's progress during treatment. So it's not on the same level as getting medical advice and treatment with your doctor. The technicians administering the treatment were all professional in making you feel at ease, but there tends to be a fair amount of turnover in their technicians they employ. So if you proceed with the acoustic wave therapy and don't get good results, don't say that I didn't warn you. Ron W
