Best company in South Florida. Every technician that comes out is polite and very honest.

ATC technician left behind him a huge messy goo on my lawn after he came for a service. simple issue, the drain was clogged. they charged me $195 for a 20 minutes job. I called the office to see if this is a one time fluke, apparently IT IS NOT, Kathy explained to me that this is Air Around The Clock policy and service to overcharge and leave crap behind. My A/C went out, made 1 call and they were there later that same day! Motor was burned out and they had to replace. Was fixed and running the very next day. I had issue with one of my AC's and called them. The technician found that a fuse was partially tripped but after he left AC still did not run. Called again and then was told tgat it was thermostat batteries.. I felt really stupid. Spend over $300 for nothing. AC guy recommended I purchase their warranty plan and told me that these kind of diagnostics would be included. Also servicing of unit twice a year. I spend over $1000 and when I called for servicing the AC guy was in/out in less then 20 min but left a recommendation of things to be done ( uv lights -$275 each x3, plus Cleaning vents minus their discount $2500) I have new ac's that have already UV lights so I called the office confused about the estimate - never got a call back. oh I just tried to have someone come today ( Sunday) and they wanted $150 just for the service call.
