Horrible customer service from Monika at AirFrance check-in baggage drop off point at Check-In # 2. I was lied and forced to drop off my super small carry on despite the fact that it fits the measurements and weight, it even fits under the front seat. I was the 4th or 5th customer in line and I was lied because I was told that zone 4 and 5 were not allowed a carry-on due to overbooking. First time ever I hear this "rule". Anyway, when I asked this customer service person Monika for her name she refused to give it saying that it's for her protection. Yeah, now I get it, protecting herself from getting fired over horrible customer service for lying to customers. AirFrance at Zurich Airport needs to hire new people and FIRE THE OLD TIMERS that are upset about their job or life and LIE to customers.

I was waiting for the bus to take us to the airplane. Remember, I was told that Zone 4 and Zone 5 were not allowed a carry-on due to overbooking. Guess what, Zone 4 and 5 got called to board the bus and I saw many people bringing their carry-on to the bus. On top of that, once inside the airplane there was plenty of space, and many customers bringing their carry-on to the overhead bins. So, at this point I feel this Monika lady was full of BS and lied for sure to me and now I even feel I was victim of racism and profiling. 03 check-in luggage and 03 carry-on never arrived. Had to waste more time filing a claim about my whole family luggage. This is unreal. I'll avoid flying with Delta, AirFrance, KLM if possible. Horrible experience overall. read more
