Can I give 10 stars to this company? My husband and I recently bought a new home a few months ago, and when we went to use the air-conditioning, it did not work. As you can imagine, as a new home owner, most all of our money was tied up in the purchase of the home and we were expecting the air-conditioning to work since it had previously passed inspection. Then a few hours pass and he tells me he is double booked and won't make it. Set another appointment Friday 3/28. I hired this company twice. Once was for a furnace issue and again for air conditioning maintenance service. The furnace diagnostics indicated the flame sensor needed cleaning and getting to the sensor was a bit of a nightmare for me since it was in the back of the unit. The tech was able to reach it without major issues and I was back and running the same day. This was a blessing since it was at the start of the last winter season and a previous experience with a different company left me with no heat for two weeks. The second appointment was this past summer just before the heat wave. The tech identified two upcoming issues and took the time to explain what each part does as well as showing me the capacitor charge with his multimeter. I had a great previous experience so I decided to have them replace the two parts. The whole summer my ac unit ran like a champ and did not have any issues. I already had a decent system but was getting tired of using portable ACs and almost all my windows open sideways so window units aren't an option. Our heater started to make a disturbing amount of vibrating in the middle of the night and I called Air Time the next morning and spoke to Juan. We decided to go with a band aid solution until we were able to save up for a completely new system but the crew was never forceful with their tactics.
