I just got the membership for my youngest and I think it's a great deal! $9.99 a month and he can go everyday for 90 min if he wanted to! Plus if I bring anyone else, they get 50% off! But... I'm disappointed the new Ninja Course stuff or basketball isn't open during toddler time. Also I'm very disappointed with the new staff during toddler time!! Last year the college kids were great! They'd play with the kids, entertain them, help build foam block towers, etc. this year I've watched them playing with their hair, staring off into space, not even watching anyone. Come on- a little more job enthusiasm would be nice!

Three different size warp walls were a huge hit with our kids and my husband. They also had many fun obstacles in the center where you hand to climb and hold onto nets, or bars, or hanging walls. The other area that was very entertaining for all of them was the foam pit where you tried to grab onto the hanging silks, or rings or a giant ball. They really didn't jump on just the trampolines much. We were there for a birthday party and the staff made it very easy for the parents hosting. They gave the party it's own room. The attendant cut and served the cake, cleaned up the room etc. They were really great. We all cannot wait to go back. That being said we were there on a Thursday night and it wasn't packed. I would not enjoy it as much on a packed rainy day.

The obstacle course is trampoline underneath and my 5 year old was too small to be able to enjoy any of it. They did have an area that was just for little ones. We all jumped into the foam pit but all struggled to get out. They're so deep and there's nothing solid underneath to stand on plus no ladder to get out. I was pretty much having a panic attack while in there. Going in the foam pit you have a very high chance that the foam blocks will rip off your socks as well. Also they're picky about what kind of grippy socks you have. We have several pairs of grippy socks from several different jump places and a person stopped us to check. She was like "are those our socks" Sorry but I'm not buying yet another pair when all grippy socks are the same. It was extremely crowded there. I think they should adjust their max capacity. It was just ok but for the price, I think we will go elsewhere. It was a bogo deal so I'm glad we didn't pay full price.

The young lady at the front desk had an attitude and all they thought to do after the shit they put us through was give us some fucking churros. they had kids running the entire place that didn't know what the hell they were doing and looked lost asf. Upon arriving, the door was closed even though the place was open to the public. I waited at the door for about 10 minutes until someone came and opened it. Once inside, I waited in the line designated for events and parties for 10 minutes, but no one came to assist me. I then went to the general customer service line and waited until I was served. At no point, either by phone or in person, was I informed that I could only enter the room to decorate 10 minutes before the party started. I went to the room to decorate, and after decorating, I was told I would have to pay $100 to keep the room decorated until the party time. My guests called me to ask me to open the door, as it was still locked. When I left the door open, the manager went and closed it. I told her I had left it open because the door was closed and people couldn't get in. She was incredibly rude and told me to go and see if the door wasn't already open. She was very rude to my guests and even added a child to my guest list who wasn't mine. In short, terrible service, and I do not recommend this place to anyone for a party.

We had the opportunity to do an escape room and it was a ton of fun! We made it out with minutes to spare! It looks like they overhauled the golf simulator and replaced it with a virtual reality space. People were already playing in it and it looked super fun. The mini golf also looks like a fun upgrade with a pirate theme, music and black lights. I love that once you are on the email list they have summer jump deals and memberships so your little one can get out their excess energy. Happy that Rebounderz is successful and a staple of the Jenison community. Looking forward to my daughter's bday party there, next month!

Part of the ceiling was actually falling in one place over the lockers and dripping water. The place is showing signs of wear for sure. The play areas are not monitored well. Height requirements for certain areas are not enforced. There were older kids going through the smaller playground area and younger kids in the ninja warrior course. The snack bar area is overpriced and lacking in food choices. Let's talk about that stale air again.... Unfortunately, there were some parents who thought bringing sick kids to an indoor trampoline park is a good idea. I witnessed several kids sneezing and coughing while we were there and sure enough a couple days later my kids started showing symptoms and we've been sick for a week now. Definitely not worth the 3 hours of fun we had. They really need to update their hvac with better filtration. No excuse not to post covid.

My friends and I went on a Saturday in November around 11 a.m. It was full, but not overwhelming. A signed waiver and special grip socks are required. (If you don't have a pair, they sell them in all sizes for $5.) Tickets are good for 1.5 hours. You're given a colored wristband and they'll announce over the intercom when your color's time is up. It's around $30 per person to jump. Passed the front desk is the main area with lots of different trampolines and dedicated space for dodgeball, zip lining, monkey bars, an obstacle course, "Wipe Out," and more. To the left are four slides fun for all ages. Each requires a mat provided by Sky Zone and three of the four are steep, but so fun! My six-year-old loves the white slide with the hills. Most of the people there are kids, but I enjoyed getting in there too! The space has plenty of seating, water fountains, restrooms, snacks, etc.

The workers were unbelievably unprofessional -- standing around, talking to each other, not watching the trampolines, and ignoring situations that clearly needed attention. It honestly felt like nobody cared about what was happening around them. The place was total chaos. Kids were running wild with almost no supervision, pushing, cutting in line, and doing things that could seriously hurt someone. The staff didn't step in once, even when things got dangerous. And the bathrooms? Absolutely disgusting. Dirty floors, overflowing trash, and a smell that made me want to leave immediately. For a place filled with families, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Overall, this location was unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the visit. Huge disappointment.
