I met with Sarah, my stylist, and showed her pictures of what I was looking to do. We discussed some things about my hair vs what we see in the pics. She was wonderful! We chatted the whole time. The vibe was great. So laid back while being absolutely professional. Then once she had blown dry my hair, she taught me the easiest technique on how to style it the way I want to. Complexions is a woman-owned, hidden gem skin spa in Poland, OH. Bella was not only kind, personable, genuine, but truly knowledgeable & thorough and passionate. I never asked her to compromise her relationship with her suppliers and I DID NOT KNOW that she'd already purchased the hair, instead of flipping out on me the way she did, she could have just told me "I've already purchased the hair, so unless you're willing to buy additional hair, this is the texture we will be using and I can assure you the hair will be gorgeous" and none of this would have happened because I totally trusted her wisdom and judgment in terms of hair care. THAT'S what you call superior customer service. Feel free to use that whenever a client changes their mind instead of going off on them.
