Seems like family runs the shop. I mean, the owner was literally doing a mixture of education, helium tank vendor refills, multiple balloon bundles and custom orders. Understandably, I had a longer wait than expected, but it allowed me the time to take in their full collection of offerings and my balloon bundles looked great. They're definitely better than a large box brand, I'll certainly be back!
