I called this company on a Thursday morning. They told me that it would be a couple of days but that they would put me on a list. 10 minutes later they called back and they were on their way. I have a brand new, weeks old, air conditioner that was installed incorrectly as far as filling with refrigerant and making all the adjustments of pressure and whatnot. The tech got here at 8: 45 and he was here until 11:00 a.m.. Turns out the AC was way overcharged with refrigerant. The air filter hadn't been changed in sometime, The tech couldn't figure out why we weren't getting enough airflow out of the vents in the house. Completely blocked air filter was the issue. I have an inherent distrust of car salesman, car repair shops, electricians, and AC guys. After watching the tech work for 5 minutes I knew I'd made the right choice in calling AireServ. This company is a franchise, all AirServe locations are franchises that are locally owned and operated. Since 2019 Marc and the team at Aire Serv have installed 2 complete heating/cooling systems for us (one in the main house and a similar unit for our apartment unit over our garage). Additionally, Aire Serv have installed a ceiling mounted heating unit in our garage and most recently (summer of 2022) they installed a mini-split unit to heat/cool a new bedroom addition we did last summer. In addition to the new equipment installation, Aire Serv has and continues to maintain all of HVAC equipment with annual inspections, etc.. I have used Aire Serve for a variety of Services at two different houses. This year alone, I added two air conditioners and a brand new heater at one house and a new air conditioner at the other. I also had them install a HEPA air cleaning filtration system onto my heater. Marc (the owner) is great to work with and he stands by his word and his team's workmanship. we had Nathan as our service technician, we had problems with the AC, he looked at everything and told us we needed a new computer board...so of course we had it replaced. it didn't help...so he came back and told us that we needed a new thermostat...so we had it replaced. Still didn't fix the problem...my husband decided to clean the condensation tube...low and behold THAT WAS THE PROBLEM! it cost me almost 1,000 dollars to throw parts at the AC when it just needed to be cleaned. I will ne use this company again. we tried to get in touch with the owner several times but he decided that we weren't worth talking to because he didn't have the decency to call us back. read more

We had a 3 year checkup on the radiant heat boiler for the heating zonal heating system. Can't recall the name of service person that came out but very knowledgeable and discussed ideas before proceeding that needed work and improve performance.
