I don't think I have ever met such a full group of consistently friendly, helpful people in any state I've lived in. I have been so impressed, I stopped in to meet the office people in person. The installed a new HVAC system and I just went about my daily routine. They were quick and efficient with their time. I called them out last week my furnace quit working, I had them out the previous winter to supposedly fix my furnace but apparently they didn't diagnose the real problem to begin with. After already spending over a thousand dollars the winter before I receive a emailed estimate of $2600 to fix my furnace. I tried calling both the service people and corporate to inquire about my estimate but still I haven't received a call back. The person that answers the phone for the service company of Aire Serv flat out told me in the beginning I could call someone else and I should of taken her advice to begin with because after wait for a call back 4 days later I did call someone else and my furnace is working now and only cost me $319 dollars to have it fixed. I am a senior citizen on disability and also a veteran and this is how they treated me I guess I never got a call back from them because they knew I couldn't afford there scam on me. Carlton and the other gentleman (forgot to grab his name) were great! Extremely knowledgeable and worked quick to install our Nest thermostat. Helped us get it all setup and ensured it was working properly. Carlton went one step further and educated my wife and I as we are new to the area about proper maintenance of our A/C system and how to prepare for the winter. Great customer service!!! My fan motor started humming on Sunday and the temps were getting warmer again. I don't do well in the heat. I read a lot of good reviews on the aire serv web site and decided to give them a shot. I was hoping they could come out Monday morning which they were able to accommodate. Within 15 minutes Jason arrived. I'm always cautious with service folks but Jason went straight to the thermostat turned off the system left the fan motor on and went under the house. I had a good sense he knew what he was doing. My initial assessment was a capacitor which was the case. It turned out the capacitor on the outside unit was also bad and replaced. All in all Jason was very professional, very detailed and I enjoyed reminiscing about our days in the Military. I will use this business again when the time comes and if I'm lucky Jason will still be there. A company with good business ethics. read more

Good service, just disappointed at the high price and the bill isn't itemized. I paid about $70 for a $12.49 contactor, on Amazon, and $200 for 30 minutes of labor. When I called, I was quoted that the diagnostic charge of $69 would be waived if the work was performed by them. So, pretty pricey and if you want a/c after getting the run around from Beasley's for two days your going to pay or get another night's stay at a hotel and roll the dice with someone else. read more

My system has a small leak that two other technicians have said is too small to detect and it only leaks off a couple of pounds over a few years. Aire Serv was the only company I could get a hold of on memorial day weekend and explained the situation to their call center. On the day of the service, I was at work and my wife and three kids were at home. The Technician shows up and within a few minutes is talking all doom and gloom. He tells her that there is a major leak, the system is at least 5 pounds low($100/lbs), the evaporator coil needs replaced($1900), that even if he added freon it would all leak out quickly and with our unit as old as it is we might as well replace it($7000). He took a check for his "service" fee and left. After speaking with my wife and two of my relatives who are licensed for HVAC, I decided to get a second opinion and called another company. Technician #2 comes out, said the system looks about 2 pounds low, charges the system, and checks for leaks. He couldn't detect a leak, the system is running great and only cost me $195. I have called Aire Serv multiple times trying to get someone from corporate to refund me after their technician tried to screw us and have yet to receive a call back. read more
