5 stars stands. Once landed at Pearson, regular taxi quote was $68 vs. the same $54 dollars we paid when I booked pickup. Called them and dispatch had our car out to us in less than 5 minutes. Gurpreet's successor (forgot to ask his name) was equally polite, helpful and professional. The car was an SUV this time, not as luxurious as the Lexus but pretty close and a lot easier to load. Our driver got us home smoothly and unloaded all our baggage without a hitch. Probably wouldn't even bother comparison pricing anymore after our second trip. We had a great experience both rides and they were cheaper than the taxi quotes. Way to go, Air Flight Services. Your cars, staff, and prices blew the competition away. read more

We took a Toronto Pearson Airport taxi #655, which was driven by Iqbal S (driver 084) from AirFlightServices (www.airflightservices.com). We paid for the trip by credit card and requested for a receipt. Iqbal merely gave us the transaction statement printed by the credit card payment terminal and insisted adamantly that it was the "official" receipt. The transaction statement printed by the payment terminal only shows the total amount paid. It cannot be used for any official accounting purposes in Canada because it does not show the services rendered, fee breakdown for each service provided, and the applicable taxes levied. By right, Iqbal should have issued us a proper receipt, which he completely denied. Making matters worse, Iqbal condescendingly asked us "Is this your first time in Canada? This is the official receipt and there are no other receipts in Canada!". This statement from Iqbal is not warranted and must be censured. Transaction statement printed by the payment terminal alone is not sufficient and customers can easily be cheated. In our case, the taxi limo tariff was quoted as CAD82 in the torontopearson.com website, but Iqbal charged us CAD83. Since the transaction statement printed by the payment terminal only shows the total amount of CAD83 without any detailed fee breakdown, the customer (i.e., us) will never know whether the charge is appropriate or not. Customers should not support AirFlightServices and drivers like Iqbal who have extremely poor business practices. If we support these businesses and these people, they will ultimately come back to bite us in the form of dubious fees charged and mediocre services. read more

This company was horrible to deal with. Their driver of a Toyota Highlander with license plate No. DCTM 299, Taxicab license no. 30 was a reckless driver and caused an accident. His manager was also horrible to deal with. They were both rude, dismissive, and condescending. I do not recommend dealing with this company. read more

Reservation days ahead means nothing, call to confirm few hours ahead of booking to make sure weather is not affecting service. Assure me taxi is available and all i need is to give them a call when I arrive. When the time come. They told me to go line up at taxi stand cause they don't have cars available for me. Had issue with Uber at Person airport, decided to grab a cab instead. Airflight vehicle very clean, very friendly driver, very reasonable rate. It's was actually cheaper than Uber. I have taken Uber twice from airport to my condo and have been more expensive, not friendly or clean vehicle. Booking for pickup very easy to do. They where waiting for me instead me waiting for a Uber. My son experience the same great service. This will be our go to taxi services. Support your local businesses! read more

Best price limo from Pearson YYZ Only started using this Town Car service to and fro from Pearson Aiirport (YYZ). Car is clean. Coming back from holidays Sunday march 31 Terminal 3 my turn came for a taxi. Had such bad experience We travel all the time always take taxi back & forth to airport My husband asked the driver (I was going to said gentlemen but he was not) How much was the flat charge Omg he started to lecture us about rate All the way Told him our address He keep asking if north or south of a street . he keeps saying if north is 1 price if south other I told him please use gps I will pay whatever he keeping on arguing all the way at one point I told him to please just drive I told him I had no problem guiding him once we where on the main st When he stopped in front of our house He still going on about it he took a book to show me I told him not needed to show me anything ,because I will never use the company services again That he should not argue with customers. I am an extensive traveler and have been using these guys for the past 4 years since my then fiancé introduced me to them. Always had great service - the drivers are prompt friendly and courteous. When I call from Pearson, they already know who I am from the phone number and I never wait long for a car to show up. There are probably cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for. read more

Terrible company who's sole aim is to rip its customers off. I have had multiple experiences with their "flat rate" but the one that took the cake was last week when I arrived at 3am and went to a hotel 12 minutes away, no traffic on the way, and the driver insisted on charging me $45. They think they can take advantage of the lack of competition. read more

I took the airport taxi last Saturday, Sept 30th in between 7-8pm from the airport straight to my friends' wedding reception. Unfortunately, I was brought to the same address 3090 Steeles Ave. West but in Vaughan location and not in Milton. The driver then called someone and told them I made a mistake in giving him the wrong address. I was super apologetic because he was firm that I didn't tell him it's in Milton. But I know, and I remember telling him "Milton Banquet and Conference (hall or something)". I said Milton more than once because I wanted to know how much because I am on a tight budget. Luckily, I have a witness who heard me say the address to the driver. He happens to be my friend who also took the airport taxi behind mine going to his house in Mississauga. Now, we were already in the highway on the way to the Milton address when I asked (I have to ask because he didn't tell me right after he called someone) the driver how much he's charging me. I was confident he will only charge me the Vaughan address plus whatever the rate will be from Vaughan to Milton. I was super surprised and almost cried when he told me $177!!!! This is the first time ever I am getting charged for a taxi fare! I asked him why, he said he had to charge me double the Vaughan fare. I said, he didn't even return me to the airport why charge me that. IT'S HIS FAULT ANYWAY! He said, we technically passed the airport back in the highway. I told him, had he told me he'll charge me double, I would've just had him drop me off at Vaughan and me just taking an Uber or another taxi! It would've saved me another $55! What if I only had exact $60 cash that night? What would he do to me? I was close to calling the cops that night but I was so exhausted and I said I'll just send an email complain maybe at least someone would help me out. $177 for a taxi fare is very unfair for me. Especially now that I'm confident that it wasn't my fault. I've sent 3 emails (they claimed the never received) , Messaged in their online form, private message in their FB profile, posted on their FB profile wall, called as well (Manager stepped out) but until now, no one has responded. read more

I took an airport limo from air flight services and one of their drivers swore at me in Punjabi merely because I wouldn't give him a tip. Little did he know that I am mixed, and understood everything he said. He then opened the trunk and forcefully told me to get my luggage when he had no issue putting my luggage in there in the first place. However, upon not receiving a tip he decided that being rude and uncouth was appropriate customer service. Tips shouldn't be demanded they should be earned. I am very disappointed in such services by Pearson airport, and I have received better services from Uber. I will not take an airport limo service again, and will call blue and white taxi as they work on behalf of uber at Pearson Airport. I would give this experience zero stars instead of one if I could. read more

Absolute garbage. The only taxi service available at Pearson and all fairs are a minimum $21. I literally went 3 minutes to the Marriott Hotel and was charged $21. When I asked the driver how the fare could be $21, he was extremely rude and said it's my responsibility to ask for the fare before I get in the taxi. Never again. read more

I had very bad experience with AirFlight Limousine service in Toronto. The driver was very unfriendly and surly. After starting out on our trip to the airport which costs $51 (26 kms) from our house, we forgot something and had to go back. We were a few blocks from the house. He charged us $24 extra???? Got ripped off! This guy would not give me the flat rate price before he left the airport and when I got to the destination he said $21 dollars! It was only 5mins drive. The driver asked me to shut up and give him the money so he could go back to the airport to rip off more people. He said he waited three hours to get a customer (me!). His car smelled like a toilet as well. He didnt know where I wanted to go until I showed him a map. Avoid them or ask for the rate before you close the taxi door. read more

When I entered the cab at Pearson I provided the driver with a residential address in Etobicoke. He said he didn't know where that was. He asked me to call and get him the closest intersection, which I provided. He still didn't know where. He had a GPS but pulled out his map book and could not find the address. I took the book from him and found it. He then drove like a near maniac and stopped down the street from where I needed to go and told me I could walk the rest of the way. What a wierdo. And it cost $34!!! I get better service from the city bus. read more
