During our conversation, he kept repeating platitudes, while evading my questions. By the end of our conversation, I can only describe his demeanor as disinterested and rude--also, he kept our conversation at the check-in station the whole time, underscoring his unwillingness to help or even pretend to work towards a solution or hear my concerns.
