Is it possible to give zero stars? These people are terrible. They provided me with medical equipment after a medical stay. Then, when they didn't get what they felt they didn't get what they wanted from insurance, they harassed me, including threatening me with criminal charges. Stay away from them - far away. read more

My pulmonologist went with this supplier because they took my insurance. They said they were a newer company and were quick to respond and get me a cpap. They were supposed to take care of supplies every few months but I never heard back from them. I contacted them in March because I really needed a new mask and was informed they no longer take my insurance and could not help me. Then in June I got a letter from them claiming I owed them money. When I contacted them they said it was because I did not return the machine when I changed insurance. I had not changed insurance but was getting Medicare in July. In September I got another letter from them claiming I owed them money. When I called I was told I had changed my insurance without informing them and this was the charge for the elapsed time. When I tried to talk to the woman all she would do was lie to me even with the timeline laid out for her. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Better to buy the equipment you need and do without in other areas than deal with their underhandedness. This company could not care less about their clients. read more

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! My husband needed a wheelchair on short notice on a Friday afternoon. Insurance and the drs office were dragging their feet getting everything approved before we could pick up the chair! Destiny was an absolute God Send in helping us get the chair before close of business on Friday afternoon! She continued to call and follow up with both until the required documents were received and we were able to pick the chair up before the weekend!! Destiny is an amazing asset to your company and I wish companies had more people like her!! read more

Worse customer service ever! My mom has needed a replacement c pap machine for 2 weeks apparently they can't seem to take care of that...my mom is almost 80 years old and needs this machine to help her rest better at night and let her body recover....but let us not pay our bill every month they'd be at our house taking back their defective machines. I would not recommend Airlife. read more

Airline Medical is Awful. Customer service is awful. Bad Business sold my husband a used electric defective electric wheelchair. The wheels covered my carpet in black also the kitchen. They said it was normal for new wheelchairs. I wanted to have the wheelchair fixed or replaced less the 20% restocking fee. Oh they over charged my husband $100 and said he had to pay cash or pay 10% more to use the debit machine . I have 2broken hips and getting stranded in the middle of a room unable to walk to charge the wheelchair is painful and scary because there is no gradual warning of needing a charge it just dies. I am going to file a small claims case in order to get this matter resolved. I need reliable transportation around my home when I am alone. Sincerely Andrea Nolazco. read more

I am writing a review and I would do a negative review if I could. I work right in Auburndale as a Teacher and I asked to have this agency provide my CPAP supplies. They rejected me as a customer because I HAD NOT MET MY DEDUCTIBLE. I don't forgo my bills and pay them in a timely fashion. I would have even went in paid up front. I wanted to keep my business in the community for which I work. SHAME ON YOU! You are not about the community. You are a detriment. I was even in your place and not once did you mention this fact to me. As the kids would say, "My bad for trying to support the Auburndale community." read more
