You always feel like somehow things just are not going to go your way at a used parts store I.E.(salvage). But Roberto took me to the salvage yard to show me the Car's and I wasn't able to use anything that they had but they could not have been any nicer I did find one small part and the extremely helpful man, Kennedy that was behind the counter gave me a deal I couldn't refuse that's all I'm gonna say. Called ahead for a part that they said they had and went to go purchase but when pick up came they gave me the wrong part when clearly the seller showed the picture of what I was buying and it was correct. I asked for some body parts for my Hyundai Elantra, one of the body men came out to the parking lot and looked at what I needed and explained to me in broken English the way to replace it, and showed me a few other things wrong with the body I hadn't noticed. Waited for about 20 min to only be told that the part was broken. They then told me to go across the street to manuels bc the part they had was broken after waiting for a total of 40 min. read more

I like that they had an online database for their parts along with prices. I used it to check their inventory for a fuel tank for a Corolla. I was greeted by a gentlemen as I entered. I am glad because the place was busy at the moment. He confirm the part and price, and radio staff members to remove the part from the donated car. I am happy they provided this service because some other places (LKQ) require that you remove the part yourself. After approximately ten minutes a staff member bought the part for me to inspect. It was exactly what I wanted. He noticed that I had a bandage on my arm from a blood draw I had earlier that morning, and offered to carry the tank to my car. I decline but appreciated that he offered. I save a lot of money coming here and it was a surprisingly positive experience for just getting a car part. read more

Wasted a hour of my day. Called on Friday to confirm they had a part, and was told yes, come on in. I came Monday at 2, only to wait 30 min while they figured out if they had the part. It was showing yes in their system. Long story short, the parts puller said no, and I was told of another place to go that should have the part.
