I told him its blowing hot air. He then replies "oh ok. Sorry we cannot make it to your store" I replied.. You cannot come to our store.. today? he replied "No We cannot come to your store at all. we are completely booked until the end of the month (the next 23 days). If you cannot come then why are you even asking whats wrong with my AC unit? Im pretty sure this company was not COMPLETELY booked the entire month.
