My experience with AiroDigital began kind of generic. It seemed as if any other impersonal business relationship. However, one day I phoned in to Airo to request something be changed on my website. Arthur answered the phone. This was my first interaction with Arthur. He advised me the person I was requesting to speak with was in a meeting. Arthur asked if he could relay a message. I told Arthur what I was calling in for. Arthur said, "I can help you with that". He did. And, the following day, Arthur called to inquire of the change he made and to be certain it is what I'm asking for. I told Arthur, "You are exactly the person I want to work with from now forward ". I spoke to Angela and told her I only wished to work with Arthur. Angela advised me, the person I had been working with is in such demand around the office, helping other employees, he spreads himself thin. Airo did the right thing with that person. Airo made him a supervisor. This improves the quality of service by allowing that valuable employee to have fewer accounts and more time to work with other marketing, web design agents. My incoming phone calls are almost always someone trying to scam me or fix my working computer. I rarely talk to anyone trying to sell me anything. When Airodigital called me I was very standoffish. Right off the bat, the woman who called me stated that there was only a monthly charge, no fee to build the site. I had to listen. All I would have to do is pay the 1st month to start. After the site is built I got to cancel and get my money back after 15 days if I did not like it. Love my site, love the people at Airodigital and they make changes when I want them.
