He had one other customer no problem he left to take care of other client. On his return he had to hold it till gas was filled I paid him he then yelled why don t u get the dam thing fixed i froze my hands because you. I told him it happens sometimes. Again yelling at me well get it fixed my hands are freezing.i finially closed my window and drove.yes a very cold day but was there for gas not to be yelled at. Not saying they are responsible for this, but having this happen to me twice (bank calls literally 5 minutes later to say my card has been compromised) it makes me wonder.

So you have to go inside to get a receipt. The line was 10 people deep with only one cashier. When I asked for a receipt he said why. Why is not Important and give me a copy. Facilities are not cleaned and service is very poor... based on multiple experiences, yes, I gave them a few chances! See, the place has commercial diesel pumps and is marketing itself has a "truck stop" with full services (including showers). Anyone who saw truck stops in the US will laugh at that. Anyway, there are very few good options in Quebec to fuel a truck and take a shower. After putting for more than $700 of fuel, I was hoping to have a nice hot shower... No parking available for my truck off course (the parking have room for no more than 8 trucks), so I park on the street about 500 meters away... I walk back only to learn that I can have the shower but they ran out of clean towels (this was the third time that I had this situation here, never once in the US). Since I already pump the fuel, I didn't had the option of taking a shower elsewhere so I decided to take it reluctantly... then I saw that my assigned shower room (they have only 2) had not being cleaned and contained dirty towels. Did I mention that the employees were rude and didn't care a bit that I just spent $700 of fuel there? They said that they had plenty of customers and didn't care if I take my business elsewhere. I will follow their advice, it will be the last time that this chain will see my business!

There are many days where there's a huge lineup and the layout of the pumps does not help. I tried this location for the first time and was happy with no lineup and the newer shorter pumps that are well spaced out. The prices are 2 to 4 cents cheaper than other locations since I see their price every night. It was late when I went but I saw a pretty decent pizza and hot dog menu for the daytime. I read the two reviews below about shower facilities and had no idea. But I doubt my Civic would allow me that perk.
