That's great but the last good thing about this experience. 2 1/2 hours go by and owner Hussein shows up in a trashy van I get in and we head to the southern tier for Olean. I had to move garbage just to sit down in the back of the van and was wonder what the hell did I get my self into but by this time I'm already running late because of the time it took me to even get to me and pick me up. We travel south and I notice he is holding his phone against the steering wheel FaceTiming some guy speaking in their native tongue. At this time he is having a hard time holding this van in his lane and I lean forward and said maybe you should pay more attention to road before we get in an accident. Well when I leaned forward telling him this to my surprise he has his junk out beating his monkey to this guy. I said what the hell are you doing and he kept on getting it. Then there the deer standing there and he doesn't see it and he hits the deer The van is now not drivable and then a towing company shows and tows it is away. I explained to the tow truck driver what was going on and the tow truck tells me he drop me off in Olean After 10 mins we was in Olean and he was telling the tow truck driver that he wasn't paying him anything and proceeded to trash talk the driver. I got out and off they went. I got a call from waris wanting 250 for the ride and he was adding 100 to the ride because of his troubles of the job. Both locations are new and modern and there is a pharmacy on-site at both which is handy. When I forget to pick up an important Rx, I usually get a friendly phone call and they drop it off to me. The practitioners and staff are on the younger side and have fresh attitudes instead of former doctors that were old and just grinding out the same old thing. The whole experience feels more modern and patient focused. The Evergreen Health approach is open to all types of people and I live seeing people from the LGBT+ community there, but the atmosphere is inclusive and "traditional" families are equally at home. Imo, every practice should serve the full spectrum of a neighborhood's population. The care is top notch. I see that there are some negative reviews here ...and I have to say that it seems that there is more to the story than the person is telling... Like were they non+compliant with Rx or doctors orders or is there a behavioral problem? I recommend the practice to everyone that I know and I honestly believe that it is the best healthcare choice in our area

What I have to tell you about Buffalo Transportation is truly surreal and should make your skin…read morecrawl. I was set up to take a cab from them to an appointment many miles from my home -- close to nightfall and in a much worse neighborhood in the cold as a single woman. The first driver was late to pick me up and literally threatened my life when I had the audacity to walk up to his vehicle. He said he "didn't care whether I live or die." He started screaming and swearing at me. I'm certain he was on crack cocaine, for real. It got so bad that on the way to my appointment that I had to call his employer and tell them I was actually scared for my life. She TOLD ME to CALL THE POLICE from a moving car to get him to calm down and pull over. It was unreal. I was so afraid. And it's only because I'm poor that they're able to treat me this way. He had some choice words for me as I exited his cab. I was shaking. On the way out, there was supposed to be a cab waiting for me at 9:15. Again, bad part of town, cold, single woman alone. I called them three times over the next couple hours and every time I was fed a different line of bullshit -- this company loves their bullshit, as you've seen -- and each time they said they'd be there in 20-30 minutes. Lies. All lies. They came up with different excuses every time I came back to them. This is one day after they left me on a patio for TWO HOURS and fed me the same bullshit. Two hours. Alone. Being fed bullshit over and over. Just because I'm poor. I've never met people who were more in it for the money -- which is really unfortunate, because we are the poorest of the poor and have real needs that are being brushed aside for the sake of the almighty dollar from a company that doesn't care about and literally told me that they don't care whether we live or die.
