I would not recommend this company or these lawyers for one reason. I was physically assaulted by hospital security for trying to leave to get to my dogs I was almost murdered that day choked till I passed out I'm disabled it was unwarranted and uncalled for. But because they wear a security uniform I'm being told it's okay this law firm says it was a misunderstanding why they did it to me no it's not a misunderstanding to potentially kill somebody just because you wear a uniform this law firm seems to think that it's okay to do that to somebody.​ read more

Very frustrated, I got a call December 23rd saying my case is settled and congratulations. They said they will now start the next process. Never received updates so I called 1 month later and they said they have to settle leins for my medical. They then said they would set up a follow up call them never called back. Then I fall again a month later the lady was nice then said she would update me. 2 months later no contact. So I fall this pointe I'm frustrated I get the same response my medical leins. Well I told the receptionist I never got a call back and I want an update. Then I get a long text message going over the process and what steps would be taken to finish my case then Thank you at the end. This told me they don't want me to contact them at all. Then the next day i get an online document to sign for taking on my case. I'm confused I signed that almost a year ago! I'm frustrated the communication is terrible! They get annoyed if I call for an update. I don't call every month I would call when they said they would give me a call back and never did. I will NEVER go to this law firm again. I hired them in February . My accident was actually February 7. They took my case, but after they took my case, it was very hard to get hold of anybody. I would leave messages and nobody would call me back. I only have till August to file because I got hit from a Phoenix metro van. so here it the end of May I get a text not even a phone call saying they're dropping my case. I called them left a messages . I wanted to find out why they were dropping my case took like a week before I heard back from them. They said they were dropping my case because I had pre-existing conditions with my back . My case wasn't just about my back. I had other injuries. Concussion,, sprayed elbow, partial tear on my right shoulder, pinched nerve in my left side of my neck going down to my right arm. It's horrible when somebody drops you after having their case for three months and they don't even have the decency to call you they sent you a text, and then when you call and leave messages, I can't even give you a call back . I would never go with this company again or any reason whatsoever . I've asked them for my paperwork from my case and have gotten nothing and my new Lawyer has asked them for stuff and they haven't even sent it to my new lawyer . 02/2018: I am a FT rideshare driver and my sedan was T-boned by an SUV that crossed-- on purpose-- 4 traffic lanes, including double yellows & a turning lane, and hit me. The perpetrator said she never saw me. (Well, of course not, she wasn't looking!) She completely took off my mirror and my door will have to be replaced. Since there is nothing for the mirror to attach to, I cannot drive my vehicle even though it is operable. My car isn't worth much so it will certainly be "totalled" by the insurance company. After the police report was made, I drove my rider home and drove myself to the hospital. Another rideshare driver on a forum highly recommended AJ Law, so I phoned Abdul from the hospital bed at 11:00 PM on a Thursday night. He does cases based upon contingency at 33% of winnings. Since, I have no money, this is GREAT news for me. He answered the phone...at 11:00 at night. I got advice from him about which insurance to use when checking out of the hospital (personal) and we made an appointment for the next day (Friday) at a satellite office near my apartment. There, we discussed my case and all the details FREE of charge! Thankfully, his office is doing all the leg-work and I have been told not to talk to anyone. This is a HUGE relief because Uber, their insurance, the perpetrator's insurance, and my insurance all want to talk to me. That's 4 agents. It's too much for me to handle. Abdul is trying to get me an Uber-friendly car rental ASAP & is sympathetic to the fact that I am now missing out on driving during a double holiday weekend. (That's Valentines & Presidents' Day!) Abdul is going after the perp's insurance, at a minimum, for: 1. Loss of wages; 2. Property damages; 3. Medical bills; 4. Pain & suffering. He says I have a good case. 03/04/2018: Progressive wanted to total my car out for $5K cash or pay me $3K for repairs with a Salvage Title. Since I cannot be a driver for Uber/Lyft with a Salvage Title AND I don't want to be a slave to a New Car auto loan, AJ's team pressured Progressive into accepting legal documents stating that I released them of liability over $3K. So, because of AJ's team, I was able to get my car repaired, keep a clean title, pocket $800, and KEEP MY LIVELIHOOD; and my car came out of the collision center in under a week! 08/2019: Personal injury awards are still be processed because Progressive keeps fighting us. However, AJ wants to fight to the fullest extent because he says he can win in court. read more

the first meeting with A.J. was great he came out to my house and explained everything and ran down all the details and what we could expect. After the initial meeting, I was working with case manager Aida, who was very responsive and very helpful. Then I was passed on to a paralegal who never returned my calls and when we were in contact I didn't get any specific details from her. At that point, I felt like I was kind of passed along, cast aside and like they had dropped the ball. We had an appointment scheduled to meet with the paralegal and when we arrived she was not even in the office, we met with a totally different person and had a conference call with A.J. After that every time I called to try to touch base about my case my calls were never returned. Finally, after FB messaging them she called and I kind of felt like I was pressuring or inconveniencing them. Finally got the word that everything was settled and we met with Elizabeth, who was AMAZING. She explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable and let us know that if we have any questions or concerns we could contact her. Then because of a " conflict of interest" my husband and I were farmed out two separate attorneys. Negretti and associates had my case for one year, knew all the facts of the case, and told me I had no case and was ready to bail right before litigation! AJ took my case and got me a great settlement at mediation! He was very professional, intelligent, I felt in capable hands at the mediation and it was a very positive outcome. I did however have a little trouble reaching them after the settlement. But overall I would recommend this attorney to anyone seeking Justice for more than competent Representation.
