Fernando Royal called me 20 minutes after my request and told me step by step of his ETA. when he pulled up to my home, I told him my bedtime story and he immediately apologized and stated my call just got dispatched this morning to Finish line. it took him 10-15 minutes to hook my truck up and because the mechanic and special instructions on where to place the car once he delivered it, Mr. Royal assured me he would not only follow those instructions he will send me a picture showing that my car was safely delivered. The tow truck driver scrapes my bumper and exhaust pipes down the trailer and on the concrete. I sent the office video evidence but all they told me is there's nothing they can do and then blocks my number without letting me speak to a manager. They tried claiming the vehicles bumper was previously damaged after sending me it attached to my car. Businesses like this should not be able to operate in America or even be considered a business. I highly advise anyone reading this to double think about allowing this company access to your vehicle.

Like the four (4) previous reviewers, I had a great experience with Lumba's Towing. I needed a non-urgent tow (we have an extra vehicle and the car that broke down was in a shopping mall parking lot) and put in a request for quotes using the Yelp! process. Lumba's was very quick to respond to my request and provided a quote FAR more competitive than the others. Communication overall was very good (I called and it went to voicemail once, but received return call shortly thereafter), car-towing experience was handled professionally, and all done at a great price! I was curious why Yelp had three (3) "not recommended" reviews for Lumba's Towing and found that these 5-star, positive reviews were likely excluded because the user hadn't submitted a review before and it was relatively short, which doesn't make sense to me. So a customer, for the first time, feels so strongly about the great service received from Lumba's that he/she decides to leave a brief review to let others know about their great experience with the company... Then Yelp! buries it, likely because it's their first review and is relatively brief. I'm sure Yelp! has its reasons, but I want Lumba's to get the credit they deserve so I mentioned it in my opening line. I'm a big fan of Lumba's towing and the number is already in my wife and two teenage daughters' smartphone directory in case they need an emergency tow!
