I went to Staples to get a Printer a guy there said he was the printer specialist so we trusted…read morehim, he said the printer we picked out was a pain to use and we ended up buying a Brother MFC-J1010DW he said it was a good printer, we wanted to buy ink but they were out of it, what he didn't tell us is they don't even carry the ink for the printer we bought even Brother doesn't, we bought an off brand that claimed to work with that printer but the printer didn't recognize it so I have a big paperweight, I need Black ink if anyone did have it in stock the only way I see to get it is to buy all 4 colors for $120 all I need is black! they have the other colors for about $25 each but not black and they are out of those also, this is the most frustrated I have been in years, THANKS STAPLES!

I called on Monday and was told to expect them to show up on Saturday. They even gave me a quote for how much things would cost and a window for when they'd arrive. Saturday came and I didn't hear from anyone so I called back. My appointment was never formally booked. And every appointment slot between when I called and when I had to leave Monday morning was already taken. I was left with a day and a half to move 7 people's belongings including mattresses, multiple large appliances, and dozens of boxes by hand. Thanks College Hunks. Thanks to you I had the opportunity to prove myself as capable of doing two men's work by myself without tools. I'd never have had that chance without you.
