The duct connecting the bathroom fan to the exhaust opening out the roof became disconnected. So moisture from the bathroom was being blown into the attic space (and creating moisture damage). I called the guys at Dr. Duct and they were able to come a few weeks later. When the guys came, they were very courteous and even took their shoes off as not to track dirt and snow into the house. The climbed up into the attic and took a "before" picture. They then re-connected the duct and held it in place with 2 screws and some duct tape. They then took an "after" picture. They showed us both pictures to show us what they had done. It was a quick job and they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable. I have not had any other services from this company, but I was happy with the job they did, and I would not hesitate to hire them for duct cleaning in the future.

The Long Version: When my husband and I bought our house, it came with a gas range. Having grown up with electric, I was really hesitant to keep it and wanted to switch to electric, but I eventually got used to it and we kept it. Not too long ago, the oven bit the dust and stopped working. The elements still worked but I need my oven! So at this point we decided to switch to electric. We needed someone to cap the gas line and install a 240V outlet for the new range. Francis Home Environment was great because they offered both services. We had 2 different technicians of course, but they were both from the same company who coordinated their work. My husband dealt with the technicians and I got to benefit from the results, lol. Terry came in the morning to cap the gas line. He was great. He checked the line in the basement too. Then David came in the afternoon to do the electrical work.
