Touch screen self check in and off to brush your teeth. Waiting room is spacious and comfy chairs. There is a working television and reading materials. The offices have been updated. They aren't only focusing on teeth but updated technology to help with treatment. Seriously upgrades since my braces days. They an open office setting in the back, like a circle of chairs and the desk in the middle. (Same set up as the past too) but of course updated chairs and equipment. It's awesome too see some familiar faces from days and knowing my kid is in great hands, definitely takes the stress off. Scheduling future appointments is a breeze and they give you your note on the same page with off the info. The treatment plans are laid out in front of you and all the expectations they have for treatment and that we need to except of treatment. Financials were spelled out to me clearly and the expectations for that as well. They really care about the success of the patient. Since my front teeth kept chipping due to the fact that my bite had my teeth right on top of each other, my dentist recommended this facility. I was a little nervous because I was actually thinking of getting braces after only needing teeth cleanings for 37 years without even having a cavity! After my first visit, though, I was totally at ease. They gave me choices, gave me an estimate for how long I would be under treatment, and helped me to understand the cost and payment. Invisalign is what I chose, and I'm close to the end of my treatment. I have to say that it's been a great experience with Dr. Howell and his staff of great assistants, and I really liked the fact that he also had Invisalign while I was being treated. He could understand and empathize with me if I ever had questions or concerns. They always made me feel welcome, and problems were always resolved with no worries. My previous ortho retired so I went here this time. One reviewer said it feels like a factory assembly line and I agree. Lots and lots of busy bee workers but rarely will you see the orthodontist. That would be ok if the results were great but mine weren't, in fact they are worse than before. My upper and lower teeth don't fit together well, they hit in awkward places, preventing me from chewing at all on one side and I can't use my molars to chew at all. I have to use my canines and pre-molars to chew, and only on one side. My teeth are uneven, and I have an overbite I didn't have before. Regret my decision to go here but it's my fault for not shopping around more and doing my due diligence.
