As in SEVERAL texts. 48 days late. I checked the bank and it showed the amount was paid right after I received the bill. Here's where it went sideways. Each building has an address so pointe sent me TWO bills for the same amount. I ordered A, as in ONE, service call for the entire property but pointe decided to make the bills for two addresses and never informed me. Talking on the phone to them just burned my a$$ and was going nowhere. I finally figured out they were billing for two separate addresses instead of the ENTIRE PROPERTY like I ordered. The late notice texts NEVER indicated the exact same bill amount was for two separate addresses. I was so fed up with this dog & pony show I terminated them. I've called the local number several times (9 times) to pay the remaining balance by CC but it keeps saying they're to busy to answer. I fired Senske (another business like pointe) for the same type of bs. Now, on to a local company that actually wants the business & I can actually deal with.

I was asked to sign a contract over the phone for a 225.00 initial service plus 48.00 monthly service charge which was significantly higher than what I paid in Spokane for a similar service. I was told that the initial service included a 30 day follow up to assess the treatment plan for rodents. That service never happened. I tried calling their customer service line multiple times and was never able to reach anything other than voicemail. My bait boxes are full and starting to smell so I checked my account and discovered that not only was my 30 day follow up missed, my "quarterly" visit was scheduled for four months after my initial service. Not only is customer service unreachable (during regular business hours) but despite being subject to one sided contract terms, I am not receiving the service promised or contracted for.

He spent more time sitting in his truck outside our house after he "treated" the property than he spent actually "treating". They had to come back due to rain to spray (they were only able to put down granules according to the guy) They claimed to have come to spray at a scheduled time while I was gone. NO DEAD BUGS DISCOVERED. A few weeks later I'm tired of finding bugs still everywhere (I will say earwigs close to house were less but still out in the yard) another two people come out with the same exact shpeel about how "it takes 30-60 days to break cycle". I say okay well I should at least be seeing some dead bugs. They do a "spot treatment" based on some spots I for sure have seen living bugs. A day later I'm cleaning out a small rock bed right outside front door and I lift up a small pit and there's a huge spider and a bunch of small spiders scrambling still FULLY ALIVE. I have sent an email asking to cancel any future services and stated I want confirmation so my card isn't charged for future services. I will update review once I get this entirely cleared up. At this point though I agree this company is most definitely some form of a scam and NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Won't be recommending
