I have worked with 2 other podiatrists prior to finding Dr. Gatalyak without any success. Yet with the guidance & knowledge of Dr. Gatalyak; I've made more progress in a two month time period than I ever did with the previous doctors. Unlike other professionals, Dr. Gatalyak is not just a Podiatric Physician but also a surgeon who will clearly explain all of your available options to you. He is very polite, clean & fast. His receptionist is also a joy to be around & they take the stress out of getting help. The Stow office is always quiet, clean & offers a wide variety of shoes for diabetics. Although I did not respond well to the medication, I am more than happy with the results and can't wait to finally be able to wear sandals or go barefoot without the pain & embarrassment. I used to have so much foot pain that after 8hrs of work I had to have my feet elevated and could barley walk when I got home. He made custom shoe inserts (orthotics) and it made a world of difference. I just picked up my second pair today and he is fixing my older pair now. I can not say enough good things about him.
