I have no idea why! My marriage has ended after living under the same roof for 2 months, and that too because my ex-husband gave me 3 talaqs in 1 setting urf 1 tahur, 1state of purity. I have read quran 100 times, (please refer to the screenshots of the Quran explaining cristal clearly); and nowhere in the quran or even in hadiths it says that pronouncing 3 talaqs in 1 state of purity is counted as 3 talaqs. But this imam said my marriage has been broken and theres no rectification in front of Allah because it has pronounced 3 times in one state of purity, even though it hasn't stated in 3 state of purity, or 3 tahurs. He doesn't know islam and he is teaching islam to so many of you! I am really concerned about what other people are learning! I dont want any other sister to go through what I have gone through, so looking out for my muslim brothers and sister! Please READ QURAN, before going to him for guidance or counseling.

I have been attending the Yorba Linda masjid for years, and it's honestly disappointing to say that…read morethe level of respect on the women's side has become unacceptable. First, the noise level is a serious issue. The women's section is rarely quiet. People constantly talk during prayer times, and it is often difficult to even hear the imam through the speakers. During Ramadan nights especially, when people leave after 8 rakahs of Taraweeh, groups of women walk out loudly talking while prayer is still happening. It becomes nearly impossible for those remaining to hear or focus on the prayer. This is extremely disrespectful considering we are in Allah's house. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I've visited other masjids recently, the difference in respect and etiquette in the women's sections was immediately noticeable. It honestly made me feel embarrassed about the environment that has become normal here. The condition of the women's area is also very disappointing. The carpet is often dirty, with crumbs, stains, and generally poor upkeep. For a masjid that recently invested in building a café and is known to receive very large donations, it is difficult to understand why the women's section still has temporary rolled-out carpets instead of proper flooring and why the space has not been expanded to accommodate the growing crowd. There are many issues in the women's section that have been present for years and are only getting worse as the masjid becomes more crowded. The community deserves a space that reflects the respect and dignity that a house of worship should have.
