I ordered 2 × doner kebab with chips and 2×chicken tikka wrap.i was with my family/kids so we sat down waiting for food to be ready so i was called to take 2 of the donar kebab with chips so when i asked for my 2 of the chicken tikka wrap they said just few minutes but i ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for chicken tikka wraps to be ready,i was very angry as my other food the doner kebabs got cold whilst waiting for chicken tikka wraps to be ready,i did tell the manager why you gave half of the food 1st?very poor service as in a normal restaurant all the food comes altogether so all the family eat together which makes sense but in that place they gave half food then remaining half 10 mins later so had doner kebabs cold and when tikka wraps arrived it was burnt chicken pieces and tasted like salt.i think chef had no idea how to make chicken tikka my dog wont even eat it.these people dont have common sense of serving food together,only people with no brains will do that.very dirty restaurant even toilet had no toilet tissues.worst restaurant ive been in uk in my 30 years experience.even 2 of the can cokes had some dirt or dust top of the cans which i told manager so got 2 new cans.worst food.worst service.i should of went to tesco and got ready meal doner kebab for £2.very unprofesional service.£21 went down the drain.this place must be visit by city council food hygiene officer.and the manager must be trained to give good customer service.he has no idea of how food should be served,not half food 1st the 2nd half food 10 mins later. read more
