Thoroughly enjoyed this place. I usually look out for the busiest restaurant with locals in it, but all places I walked by seemed like tourist spots. I got to al Lio a little early and it was empty. It was quiet and I thought "just what I need". It quickly became apparent through google that this place had just opened. Judging by the groups of locals that came in after me, the place has quickly become a favorite. The owner quickly accommodated me with a local cerveza and walked me through the menu. The hummus, octopus and surprise cheesecake were all excellent. Such a treat to have found this place and thanks to the crew there for the great evening. read more
