All of the veggies are super crunchy too. The pita wasn't my favorite, wasn't hot out of the oven fresh. It was store bought, no space here to bake their own pita. Have seen and bought these diamond shaped pitas at middle eastern grocery stores before. The beef kafta was super moist and juicy, nicely seasoned too. They are shaped like little patties here. The Fattoush salad is nice and fresh, added some sumac to taste the way I prefer to eat it. The falafel are super crunchy on the outside but perfectly moist inside and quite good. The sauce for the falafel is tart, good stuff. The bean soup in the tomato soup is quite good, simple, yet good. The tomato soup base is quite comforting.
