They set me up in a warm and inviting apartment in the middle of an amazing neighborhood. No more boring hotels with the same ole restaurants...now I have the full local scene available to me when I travel. All of that for less than a NY hotel. We went from San Francisco to New York, Rome, Lanciano (Italy), Florence, Paris and North Wales, all within 18 days. She gave us a variety of choices each step of the way to accomodate our budget and preferences. Bambi booked our hotels and handled the details for us to travel from one place to another by plane, bus, train and shuttle van. She also helped us set up excursions in Rome, Paris and from Florence to Cinque Terra (Italy). The hotels were stellar (especially in Florence), the excursions were enjoyable and all of the travel happened without a hitch. This was the most extraordinary vacation of my life! Once reservations have been made she responds only sporatically to phone or email messages. She issued e-tickets with incorrect flight numbers and times. I was left to fix everything myself. She not only charged an agent's fee for incompetent work she kept adding incidental charges, nickel & diming us through out the process. Do not use this woman or prepare to pay her for doing all the work yourself! Yelp! doesn't offer the option of giving minus star ratings. I had to award one star to get this posted but even one star is undeserved.

She almost destroyed a tour of an American pop-star to Russia to perform at a private party in Moscow on New Years Eve. She made Russian visas for 21 band members and sent all 21 passports by USPS cheapest mail to all the members during the CHRISTMAS TIME!!! Not UPS, Not FedEx. But USPS she chose to save on her expenses. So she put all passports into USPS cheapest envelops and sent them. All passports were obviously lost in the mail. USPS does not provide tracking on all stages of the delivery. Only upon pick-up and delivery. The worst part - Alla made this decision to use USPS on her on, without confirming it with any of the directors or producers of the tour. When we started contacting her about this matter. She simply stopped answering her phone and disappeared. Closed the office. Was absolutely unreachable. We had to make new passports and new visas for all 21 band members in a matter of 2 days to make it on time to the event in Moscow but what a nightmare! This was a few years back when yelp did not exist. Finally I can tell the world about this. NEVER deal with this person. She is dangerous!

KGTC planned our honeymoon this past Fall 2019 right after our wedding in NY -- my husband and I…read morehad the most magical trip of a lifetime! We went to French Polynesia and spent almost two weeks relaxing, exploring and just enjoying the natural beauty of the islands. Kimmy planned such an amazing experience for us at each island hotel location -- first Moorea then Taha'a. It was so lovely to not have to plan too much on our end since we were so busy with the wedding planning. Kimmy took care of everything and we had so many perks along the way -- from champagne and treats in our rooms to extra complimentary meals and discounts on adventures. It was so reassuring to know that Kimmy was just a phone call away if anything was needed and she made it very easy for us to simply just enjoy the trip instead of worrying about plans or what to do. In Moorea, we snorkeled every day off of our private mini-dock at the overwater bungalow, swam with whales, small sharks and stingrays, and explored the island by car (and got some black pearls on the way!). In Taha'a, I literally cried when we entered the private beachside pool villa on the private island -- we got massages there, took a private hula dancing lesson, explored the island on a private 4x4 guided tour, and went on a private sunset cruise overlooking Bora Bora to the sweet sounds of a ukulele. Thank you to Kimmy for making our fairytale vacation come to life. I dream about that trip on a regular basis and can't wait for our next fully-planned adventure with KGTC!

Kim booked us a weekend away at Yosemite National Park. She choose a gem of a hotel called Chateau du Sureau. It's a small, boutique hotel with stunning grounds, attentive staff, and it delivered the peaceful escape we needed. She made sure we felt safe during COVID times, and the hotel was very rigorous about safety. Kim even gave us a suggested itinerary of hikes inside the park each day that met our fitness levels. All we had to do was download her maps. She covers every detail. The best part: we didn't pay a penny extra for booking everything with Kim. We scored great perks at the hotel, and had the help of her expertise guiding us through a place we'd never visited before. There's no reason to book any other way. You will be impressed off the bat. We can't wait for our next KGTC adventure.
