I want to take a moment to say a few things about La Petite Acaedmy in Decatur, AL. My wife and I…read morecurrently have our 8 month old enrolled in and attending this facility Monday through Friday. This is our third child and we were fortunate enough with our first two children that we did not need to place them in daycare. To say we were nervous, scared, and worried to have someone else care for our baby is an understatement. But, from the first tour of the facility to now, a couple months later, we could not be happier that the employees of La Petite are caring for our child. I personally drop off and pick up my child most days so I get to see his response to being dropped off and picked up. Every morning he smiles at the care taker who is there to receive him and every evening I walk in to find him well cared for and not crying. This has given my wife and me the peace of mind we needed so we can focus on what we need to do every day. Their App is also fantastic with regular updates and pictures as well as direct messages from the care takers with any important news pertaining to our son. I am very happy with La Petite in Decatur and am extremely thankful that I know they will watch over, teach, and encourage my son every single day. Thank you to everyone working there for looking after our little ones!

The teachers are absolutely amazing and very attentive and passionate about ensuring the kids have a safe and fun environment to play and learn in. They are a mix of Montessori and still have a good amount of structure to them to ensure everyone is learning something new with their weekly class themes. Now my daughter enjoys seeing her teachers and coming to school which is amazing. They have a great selection of foods daily, get time outdoors, and they have live cameras you can check in on any point of the day. Love this place!
