We've shopped at this store several times over the past 4 years, but we will not be returning again. My 8 yr old had to go to the bathroom, so badly he was sweating, came on out of no where. I had an arm full of items we were planning to purchase, asked the manager where the restroom was & he told me they don't have a public one. I asked if he could use it just once, as he was clearly in distress & he told me to take him next door - to a competitor who sells the same stuff. I walked out & will never be walking back in. My son almost had an accident because some self righteous punk has no respect or empathy for other people. read more

The reviews of this shop are accurate. I visited just yesterday. 8/14/23 I was at the register and just spent about $102 when my husband walked up with $50 worth of merchandise. The store offers a 20% discount when you spend $150 or more. The woman at the register WOULD NOT return my first purchase to get the 20% off. Even though the merchandise never even left the checkout counter. Nor was anyone else in line behind us. She just did not want to do her job. I looked her in the eye and asked her, she shook her head and refused?? Rude. read more

Smaller then the Big Brother stores we are used to in Fla, but awesome service! Good selection. Went to the big store....highly recommend stopping in here. Double decker store. Also across from the Hangout. Fun area at night. read more

My family and I came here looking for novelty souvenir items. We were followed all over the store by random employees. They didn't try to hide it either. It made us Very uncomfortable. Everything was over priced anyway. read more

I'm a mother with a newborn and I was denied using their bathroom. I was planning on buying a good bit of money till I was told no on using their bathroom. The two employees weren't friendly or even greetable. No where was it posted no public restrooms. I'll take my.business somewhere else. I will never put a good word on this company. First off let me state that I am a sucker for t-shirt shops. With that said I love to go in then and look at all the trinkets and shirts they sell. I think it's funny how you can go in most of these stores and see the exact same shirt prints, just with s different name location on them. I love it. Lol. No matter where you go in the U.S. There all the same, they just put the area name on it. But if you need any thing beach related these places have it. From boogie boards to sand toys to hermit crabs and supplies to t-shirt to sunscreen to beer bongs to beach balls to flip flops to beach towels to bathing suits... Etc. there's so much to take in. Racist cashier. Guy before me bought a lot of items (took his time at the counter not even ready to fully check out and was still shopping), paid with a card - wasn't asked to show ID. Meanwhile, the cashier lady (knowing I've been waiting in line for 15 minutes) strikes up conversation for another few minutes until the guy FINALLY leaves. I get up to the counter - no hi or hello or sorry for the long wait. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I hand her my one item (worth $15). She finally speaks "paying with a card?" So i said yes and hand her the card. "Can I see some ID?" ... ok i hand her my license and she's checking it letter for letter. Are you kidding me? No lady, I'm not trying to use a stolen credit card. It was a VISA and it was signed on the back. Merchants aren't required to ask for ID. Not to mention it was a fraction of what the guy in front of me bought and he was not asked for ID. Only asked because I was not white. Poor customer service, racist cashier. read more
