Buyer beware: I took my…read moreteen daughter for a flu shot in October, and paid the $10 copay at the time of the visit. 6 months later they send me a bill (1st time I see a bill for this) threatening to send my account to collection for being overdue...turns out they billed my heath insurer $351 for this little flu shot, including $260 for a "new patient comprehensive physical.'" There was NO exam performed, comprehensive or otherwise! I made numerous calls to inquire and yet their billing department insists I owe this. I looked online to try to find names of management to escalate a complaint but - not surprisingly - this info is not available to the public. I will probably get stuck paying this. I plan to tell everyone I know and suggest avoiding this place and their unethical, inaccurate billing practices. What a ripoff.

Without divulging too many details, this person and by proxy all of pediatric group of new Rochelle has violated my sons patient bill of rights, he was unfairly discriminated against and refused care due to my first amendment right of freedom of speech via this Yelp review. Yes, over a year after this review was written by me, not him, they have decided to refuse him as a patient, after seeing him since the review was written, because they didn't like the feedback I provided here. New York State department of health takes these incidents very seriously. Unfortunately this practice may have gotten away with discriminatory practices in the past, however I am hopeful that these wrongs will be righted, and the practice receives any and all penalties and corrective action deemed necessary.

We have seen all doctors, in some cases even last-minute for sick visits, and everyone is top-notch. Caring, understanding, and most importantly a great physician. Before their move, I would have maybe given them 4 stars because of the oldish offices, but now that they are in their new location, this has become a non-issue. Highly, highly recommended
