The Pernet "techicien" who came advised me that there was no point in checkiing the joints, that it would cost me even more than the callout charge and said I needed a new toilet (for which he estimated 1.400 euros). I sent him on his way. Someone else came and traced the leak to the concertina pipe at the base of the toilet not being tight enough, it has now been tighted and there is no leak. These people are CROOKS .
