I live in California and had the occassion to send sympathy flowers to Alamogordo. All of the other florists that came up on my search did not offer the ability to talk with a live person. What a pleasurable experience! I originally wanted a bowl garden and was sent photos via text with the various selections (which were all gorgeous). I placed my order and then decided I'd rather sent a floral arrangement. My request was received and honored with enthusiasm and grace. Talk about amazing customer service. I called from Colorado Springs Colorado to see if they had a plant to send to a friend whose mother had passed. The phone was answered and a very cheery way and even when I started to explain what I was looking for her attitude didn't change. She explained that the plant they had wasn't a very large plant and was kind enough to ask if she could send me pictures. I asked her if she had other things there besides just the flowers and plants and of course she did. So between the two of us we arrange the basket. She did not force me toward any specific product, she just took pictures of stuff they had and let me make the choices. Now that's customer service. I explain to her that my friend liked this and like that and in the end she was going to create a cross and add those special touches to the cross. It actually brought tears to my eyes.
