I try to call their business number several times a month with the same results. I have sent a notice of the date I vacated the premises & the move out pictures but their automated text billing system continues to contact & bill me every mo when they actually owe me my cleaning deposit back & they have left no way to contact them. Do not rent from them, there is no security & it is poorly maintained.

Staff was very friendly and security looked standard for other storage I've rented. I also liked that the unit can be double locked with their locks they sell as well as a personal lock for added security.
