Zero Stars. Yes it says in the fine print no guarantees, but as a struggling single parent who…read morereally needed the help, this was a pay something get nothing type of deal. I cannot recommend them at all. They didn't practice due diligence and should have very directly screened me and the job required during the initial text conversation, instead of just taking my money. The owner? then said at the end he would reply to this rating by calling me the 'irrational' parent or whatever. I still have the text conversation between us. I have no problems sharing that conversation, if anyone asks for a recommendation of any type.
