Having turned left walk until you reach a Hookah display, past this about 100 metres to will find Cawa Cawa. A Turkish, Mexican and Italian restaurant. Find it and you are in for a real treat with food and service. The best. Leaving the waiter to choose the wine, he didn't let us down with his choice. A fruity, full bodied white wine. The meal was something to behold. Seafood risotto for my partner and Cawa Cawa prawns for me. Prawns in a delicate garlic sauce. Ice cream to die for. Coffee to finish. So, we decided, to give a go one evening. We are so glad that we did. First thing that hit us was the waiters memory of serving us before. We were then treated like old friends. While starting a bottle of delicious white wine we decided on treating ourselves to the best steak in the world, a chateaubriand. We have eaten this before and did realise the expense of this wonderful piece of meat. I London you expect to pay a minimum of £65 for two. The shock on our faces looking at the price on the menu, £20 for two. No contest. It arrived at our table in one whole piece. The waiter carved at the table, checking that it had been cooked to our satisfaction. Laid on plates with accompanying vegetables. The steak melted in our mouths. Beautiful. After this a break was needed but we were never rushed. In fact we had no room for a dessert so opted for a cappuccino and Irish coffee. Another surprise, the Irish coffee was a work of art. We had to take a photograph. Also the Irish coffee seemed to have very little coffee in it LOL. All in all, a wonderful evening and a fantastic dining experience. Service was second to none, food was top of its class. I would advise anyone to give this restaurant a try, you won't be disappointed. Try it for lunch and/or dinner, as we did.
