Great service from this laundry but the 5 stars are for Tracey, the manager. What a helpful, friendly person she is, nothing is too much for her. She really does her best to satisfy the customers. Very happy with my service. read more

This dry cleaners is in an ideal location just outside Tesco in the Inshes retail park…read more I have used them several times and they have always provided a first class service. I've had kilts, suits and dresses cleaned here. They complete the job in the time that they say they will. It's really useful being next to the car park and allows you to do your shopping in Tesco as well so it's not just one journey. Prices are average for dry cleaning.

I was very weary of putting clothing to laundrettes but as soon as I entered the cleaners I felt at ease, the place was very clean, and tidy, and very spacious with lots of room and modern equipment. The lady provided me with a specific day to come back, but I ended up receiving a phone call 2 weeks early which surprised me. The lady explained they had to clean it twice but that it was ready to pick up.. Upon picking the dress up I noticed that the lady had a separate room for clothes to be picked up which was good and they were clearly labelled with the customers details, again very good, as there was no chance of getting things mixed up. The price was spectacular especially after they had cleaned it twice. I was delighted with how cheap it was. I definately trust this dry cleaners with my clothing now, and willl definately use them again. They are friendly and very professional.

Having been quoted an extortionate price to fully launder our jackets we decided to take the slightly cheaper option of having washed jackets returned to us for drying. I have just opened up the bags of laundry for drying and 30% of the garments are covered in mildew. I now have to go and buy new stock to replace the unwearable. To add insult to injury, when speaking on the phone with the proprietor to complain, she accused us of lying and would do nothing to remedy the problem. Very disappointing service all round.

The Inverness venue has a downstairs bar and what could be called a function room with a dancefloor and much more seating than the bar. There is also a restaurant upstairs where they serve lunch and dinner during the week at very reasonable prices. I've eaten there several times and my favourite is the battered mushrooms with garlic dip. They serve a range of main meals like fish and chips to baguettes or sandwiches. There is also an upstairs bar but not in the restaurant. Drinks prices are excellent in my opinion and can be as little as 90p for a can of coca-cola to £2.50ish for an alcoholic drink and dash. The bars are very nice places but I do believe you have to be a member to go and drink there but I may be wrong.

The atmosphere was nice, and people were friendly, and drinks reasonably priced. However I did find that the heating was on too high and the bar became uncomfortably hot, to the point where I could feel my face burning, this was echoed by a friend who was with me also, so in the end we preferred not to go back. Having a very hot and stuffy room may suit some individuals, but not for us. There was no entertainment on during my visit, although I could see something coming up on their entertainment board. I have only given a rating of 3 for the Legion, had the heating been set at a more comfortable level, then I would have stayed there longer and have given a much higher score. Never- the- less a nice place to go if you are staying nearby.

This young man appeared to have some special difficulties, perhaps socially awkward also? He engaged with the assistant for a while and was very polite, complimenting the shop and asking questions. The young man wished the assistant a Merry Christmas and thanked her for her help when leaving. The minute he left the shop the assistant in a loud voice put her head in her hands and laughing loudly repeatedly said 'they are all mad' 'oh dear they are all mad' to another lady who I believe is the manager. I was shocked to witness such a total lack of respect and understanding for this young man, what is the point of working in a charity shop if you can't be charitable to a customer who may be quite vulnerable? Not a good advert for any shop and perhaps better vetting of the workforce along with training regarding discrimination and respect for others.
